Late of Tannum Sands. Passed away unexpectedly too soon on Saturday 6th June 2026, aged 30 years.

Soulmate of Bec. Loving Son of Anna. Loving Brother of Chaim, Jasmine and Sharm. Adored by Mason. Mason was Jeremy’s whole world. Loving Step-Father of Connor and Paige. Loving Grandson of Kathleen, Charlie (dec’d) and Ian.

Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend Jezza’s Funeral Service at Boyne Tannum Memorial Parklands Crematorium Chapel, Pioneer Drive Boyne Island on Friday 19th June 2026 at 10:00 am.

In Lieu of flowers donations to Jeremy’s family would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the service.
