It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of the passing of our Yvonne Rebecca McKay. Yvonne left us on 30th November 2023 at 8.59 pm after bravely battling Motor Neurone Disease. Her strength and resilience were an inspiration to us all. Despite the challenges, Yvonne faced her illness with immense courage and grace.

Yvonne passed away peacefully at Gladstone Hospital, surrounded by love and care. She touched the hearts of so many people and her memories will forever be cherished. We are immensely grateful for the support, love, and compassion shown to Yvonne since her diagnosis.

While we grieve the loss of Yvonne, we take comfort in knowing that she is finally free from pain and suffering. Her spirit will continue to shine bright in our hearts, and her memory will live on.

Yvonne will forever be remembered for her giving heart, resilience, and unwavering spirit. May she rest in eternal peace.
