Late of Tannum Sands. Passed away unexpectedly too soon on Saturday 6th June 2026, aged 30 years.

Soulmate of Bec. Loving Son of Anna. Loving Brother of Chaim and Jasmine. Adored by Mason. Mason was Jeremy’s whole world. Loving Step-Father of Connor and Paige. Loving Grandson of Kathleen, Charlie (dec’d) and Ian.

A funeral date is yet to be decided.
